August 8 @ 01:00 pm - 02:30 pm
Ahead of the double bill show later in the afternoon, Said Mouhssine of Circus Around & About will be putting on a workshop at The Painswick Centre for 12-18 year olds. Said is a multi-talented circus and free-running (Parkour) specialist, who is also a stunt perfomer, actor and director. The workshop will last 90 minutes and you will be able to learn the basics of Parkour and Acrobatics using elements of Said’s show, including mats and objects. It’s good fun and you can learn skills to practice later on your own.
The number of people is limited to 12 so book early!
The workshop will be held in the Beacon Hall starting at 1pm and finishing at 2.30pm.
If you’d like to see an example of Said’s workshops in action you can watch here.
You can buy a ticket for the workshop and a ticket for the show at 4pm for a total of £16 (a saving of £4).
Please note the following:
- Mats & objects will be provided.
- Please wear appropriate clothing that is easy to move in.
