A chance to pause, breathe consciously and find some peace and stillness amongst the business of our lives. Expect mindful movement with heavy emphasis on the breath. Use the time to carve some space to connect to yourself. The class will include yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breath), meditation and relaxation. A practice to connect the mind, body and spirit to leave you feeling centred and recharged.
Please bring a yoga mat and blocks (there will be some spare if you don’t have them). Try your best to come on an empty stomach.
