Joe's Easy Tai Chi

Joe's Easy Tai Chi & Movement

Joe May has been running his Tai Chi sessions around the Cotswolds for many years. The classes are for those feeling out of shape, worried about lack of balance, or recovering from injury or surgery. The classes are gentle and effective, helping to improve balance, and focusing on breath and movement.

She runs a series of classes on Thursdays and Fridays during term time, as well as classes from her fresh air barn and via Zoom. You can expect a flowing practice integrating breath and movement; all levels welcome.
